Sustainability Hits Home
In May 2025, an EF3 tornado touched down in St. Louis, Missouri, home to our global headquarters.
For MiTek, the tornado brought sustainability into sharp focus. Seeing the real-world impacts of extreme weather reinforced our responsibility to be part of the solution—not just by responding in the moment, but by building long-term resilience into our business and the communities where we live, work, and play.
In the aftermath, our team came together to support one another and our community. Dozens of local team members immediately volunteered to aid in disaster relief, and MiTek stepped up to help fund local restoration efforts. The response demonstrated a culture grounded in care—for our communities, our people, and the environment—and reinforced our commitment to sustainability.
